has anybody tried swapping the suspension arm of the old cyclone with the tc? have been wondering why i can't replicate the handling of my old cyclone with the tc and this is the only part that i have not tried replacing. my old cyclone turns at the corners like i've been using directional tires as compared to my tc that do not have that much steering.

What will be the advantage of them over the CVD's or ... ?
They are double cardan joint drive shafts (There are two joint points). so each joint point has less refractive angle that will kill the chatter problem w/spool.

Here is the part number and the price.

#67699 DCJ Drive Shaft Set (1pc)
Retail Price: $38.00

*This item is pre-assembled set with dog bone, center coupling, axle and pins.

Thanks,

I suspect it would be the front arms. They are pushed forward compared to the WCE cyclone.

You could also try to shim the front TC arms backwards. I have found this gives a bit more corner entry steering.

Default DCJ drive shaft

its worth the wait! i had a Losi typeR; the steering, effiecency, and feel of the car was smooth. Bought the cyclone TC because i herd they were gona be coming out with the DCJ drive shaft, simillar to Losi; + i hate blades.

hello, I need help for an initial setup to run on carpet, I have raced a few races in this surface, but i donīt have more experience, because that here is not very popular these races.

My car is a HB Surikan Edition, but with some updates from TC car, only the blue parts are from the original car, all the rest is from TC.

I tested the setup a few pages back of published STLNLST from Chico Carpet, but I have to test in asphalt, for which I do not have to test carpet tracks, and worked very well, fast response and easy to drive.

The setup is for LRP Car Masters, is for rubber tires and modified motor.

Thanks in advance, Luis C.

It will be nice if the street price of the DCJ is also similar to the LOSI LCD which go for $35 a PAIR.

At $38 EACH these new driveshafts better be "optimized" and provide the a warm feeling of total and utter "luxury"!
