What brushes are you using for your Motors 767,reedy let me know.

Yeah, the track is awesome. Night time racing is something you have to experience! Right now i am running a reedy Quad mag with 767 brushes. I would like to try the XXX brush next week. I sent Team High Velocity an email. Hope they will get back to me sometime this week. Thanks again, Ray

Ray, I am a big fan of the XXX brushes, they wear on the comm real nice, and make the same power, maybe a little more, I think I could spring the motor a little different for them as well, I want to try going a little lighter on the springs and see the effects....I've also tried them on a monster stock with great success...

Well, if you LHS doesnt stock them and can't order them several online retailers stock them, Express Motorsports (NJ Based) / EA Motorports (in the South) and several others....Express has them at a pretty good price too...

Take care...

I am just changing from rubber to foams at my local track and am currently testing out the Ellegis, Jato foams. I have tried the TRCs foams as well and so far the TRCs R3 compounds works pretty good and hooked up my TC4. The Jato 30s/35s seem to be the foam of choice, how do the GQs compare to these foams? I like the rims and price of course but what about traction and wear in comparision? I race with my wife and kids so buying 5 sets of foams can get expensive. I just got a tire truer which has helped with repairs and keeping any mixed match sets the same size. Thanks Gene

You will get longer wear with the GQ'S compared to the Jaco's & the rim is way stronger/ traction is slightly more depending on set up.

Yeah but opening that FedEx toy box is like Christmas!! I'm like a dog looking out the window Hope the weather holds up here too. Nothing worse than setting up your car all week to run outside and having to change it all to run inside, but it's better than sitting at home watching the rain. Have a good weekend Team GQ!! Ray
