20amp Discharge Vs. 30amp Discharge

Ive read a lot about how people use 20amp dischargers, and others use 30amp, so Im curious what difference in performance is there between the two, as well as battery life, run time etc.

In terms of matching, a 20A amp discharge will give you a higher voltage reading, but this will not neccessarily translate on the track

30 amp discharge puts more stress on the cells. Some cells look ok on 20 amp discharge but show their weaknesses at 30 or even 35 amps.
