Hi Guys

I was wondering if someone could recommend the best setup system for 1/10 tc
Am looking at hudy and eagle racing, hudy seems more comprehensive.

If you are talking about the hudy all in one; and can afford it, sure why not... But for most, it's overkill.. As for the regular hudy, I'd say no cause it's plastic (before anyone bashes me here, yes I know, it's clear acrylic... hence "plastic"). The PMB set is like the same but much cheaper if you're cool with plastic. The best deal I think is the integy set; cost between the PMB and Hudy but is made of purple anodized alumium and comes with a hard case. Works as good as the others.

Hudy's OLD setup system USED to be Acrylic, however thats not the case anymore.
The 'Overkill' one you refer to has a baby brother, identical to the Acrylic version of old, comes with the same setup gauges as the Ultimate version.
Its the best setup system on the market right now, the Integy one is nice, but compared to the Hudy one, its inferior.

So yeah, pick the Integy one over the OLD hudy one if you really feel the original was a problem being 'plastic' but the new one over the Integy? Gotta be kidding.

Ma bad... "I'm an ol'fool and I'm ol'school"....
I went to take a look at the hudy exclusive set. Looks sweeeeeet! Yes, it's definately better than the integy. Not bad if you want to spend that much. But mind you, it's also much more expensive (almost 2X the price). Bang for the buck, I still say integy. Besides, it's good enough for most racers. If you beat me on the track, it's not because you own the hudy, but consider yourself a better driver!

Hi, I was in the same situation 1 month ago deciding which setup system to buy.

I had the choice of HUDY, INTEGY and PMB.

I got myself a INTEGY one in the end because of the price and quality. HUDY is very good, but I can' really afford that much for a setup system. The PMB one is not as good quality, the acrylics are very thin and tends to crack easily.

I got my INTEGY from KT HOBBIES who are very good to trade with. Here is the link to their online shopping cart.

The other thing about INTEGY is is made from aluminium which is very durable and also comes with CASTOR readings too.

There are two integy sets on the KT site.

One for 59.95 the other 119.95.

Which did you get?

how do they differ??

I just checked it out, the $60 one contains just the setup gauge. The $120 one includes a tweak/setup board along with the setup gauge.

Oh yeah, by the way, I use the Integy setup gauge also. The quality is top notch.

Yeah I only got the $59.95 one as I got my own setup/tweak board already.

The setup system comes with wheel nuts for Team Associated Cars or cars that uses Imperial Measurements. However I have bought a spare set for Metric Measurement. These wheel nuts are very handy when setting up the car as you can tighten the nut by hand. Whereas the HUDY one you still have to use the original wheel nut that comes with the car. Thats another advantage for the INTEGY system.

wouldn't dream of buying anything but a HUDY set system.

I do like the PMB setup board tho. Didn't think much of the HUDY board but the setup sytem is top

The Hudy all in one rocks! ....and that cool aluminum case it comes with is sweet, get yourself a pair of handcuffs to cuff the case to your wrist, that with a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and you look like you're CIA ...the chicks dig it!!
