Do you mean the power band has shifted lower so they loose something on the top end or that its gotten wider to include more of the lower end?

You cant tell that much on a dyno....Track is the best place to figure that out honestly. It does still make the same power on the top RPM levels with more on the bottom. So I would suspect that the band is wider.

I ran mine tonight for the first time (TC, Boosted) and was worried at First as it felt slow and dead, I was geared at 6.14 FDR, which what I normally run my Duo 3 at. So I changed to 5.91 and turned the timing to 20 Deg and was quite impressed.

It felt exactly as EA said above, constant punch out of corners and held good speed on the straight I was extremely happy, although we were running on a smallish track so on a bigger track with long straights I'm not sure how it will go, but I loved the power band out of corners and it didn't fade off.

My Duo 3 probably has a tiny bit more top end, but for stock I prefer this as getting out of corners as fast as you can is imperative.

Regards
Nathan

Motor came off at 60 - 62 Degrees. I am contemplating trying an FDR of 5.7ish

I get the conversion. thats still 10 degrees celsius difference that we run em at. Meaning there should be a lot more gearing that could go in the car or timing pending.

I will be running in the range of 60-70 celsius all the time.
aka 140-178 degrees.

Got the "new" batch motor. Locks it off at 20 degrees. It sounds like it has timing built into the motor. Next time I see Dieter I will ask him. As for now I am leaving it as is. If there is a "fix" forth coming they will sell a secondary timing plate. As for now I'm gonna run it hard and wait. I hope the 13.5 comes soon.

It is rumored that the zero is really 30 (on the sensor board) so there is no need for more timing than the current bunch has unless you want to approach that 60 degree mark.
