Yes it fits. Though it is longer than the d3.5 one, you need more spacers at the end of the rotor.

How many degrees are on each mark on the Revtech/D3.5 sensored board, and how many degrees are on each mark on the D3 sensored board?

TIA.

[email protected] is the only place you'll get an answer for that....and thats a maybe if you want to know about the board.

On the D3.5 it has timing marks on the endbell with numbers.

Just wanted to say thanks to trinity for powering their way through the Roar On-Road Nationals with the D3.5. It was a monster of a motor. Guys were switching from their normal motors all race to be able to keep up. Both my cars were really fast and powered my 17.5 and 13.5 car into the A-main. Too bad rain came cause my cars were faster than 8th.

Hey you mind if i ask what you had your 17.5 geared at with timing? ...im assuming that was a blinky class.

Gearing for 17.5 blinky: 3.25 on a huge 1/8th scale track.... 225 ft straight.
Indoor carpet with 85 ft straight is 4.2.

Set the timing to 24degs and run a fan on the motor.

I'm running right at 4.2 with 55 degrees of TOTAL timing with a 90 foot straight. Motor rips like that. Stock rotor.

Tried all 3 outdoor.

Not a ton of difference between them with the very limited amount of time we had on the nats track.
I think with some fine tuning we will find one rotor to be better in certain situations.

Next Sunday I will be doing some rotor testing on carpet, I hope to have some answers then.

In response to the outdoor area. I tried all 6 rotors. The three that stood out were the stock, 12.5 broadband (Grey), and the 12.5 High Torque (turquoise). Things I noticed I think the stock and grey in the cooler temps were right on pace. In the hot temps I think the HT rotor was more consistent in the heat. I don't think there was a real speed difference outside at the track.
