Btw I was not in the 2's with the Reedy either.
Sorry but you have something wrong with your stuff... you should be something like 3.5 with 15 on the timing.

Yep...

A prototype Duo 3.5 was at 3.1 but again it was a prototype for testing from the man himself.... (and no I was not the one that ran it). A purchased motor should be around 3.5 on the FDR on this track.... Nolan has something else wrong....

We will see next race weekend is July 1st. I will have my car there and be ready to go. Still testing different things. I will drop it down to 3.5 and run it at 10 degrees of timing.

Also hoping to have the 13.5 up and running by then too.

So you like the Reedy 17.5 better?

Not at all. It doesnt get up to speed as well. Im running the Trinity and will continue to run the trinity. I geared it up and the lap times dropped isnt that what is supposed to happen? Don't get me wrong I'm not saying Reedy is a bad motor but the D3.5 I can push hard and it stays cooler. Worst comes to worst I will change to rotor to get more straight away speed. We ran at 96 degrees outside and I was running a 3.1 fdr and I pulled the motor off at 145 degrees. I ran it at 2.9 and pulled it off at 170-180 range. Atleast with my motor the amount that I ended up gaining coming out of the corner made up for what I lost on the last 1/4 of the straight. Im sure with some further tweaking theres a fix.

Its about finding a sweet spot and maybe I havent found that yet but I'm running through lots of changes via setup on my car to gearing and timing. I don't have the most practice with this motor by far. I only have two full days of running the motor and it was at two different tracks.

I race a LHR so go with the D3.5. Its a monster motor for the on road track. Just gear around 3.1 fdr. Cool thanks for the feedback

You think they will have a big 13.5 class.
