Chicane might provide a few interesting overtaking opportunities.

What a shame they did this to one of Europe's great tracks

36r with no additive

Why these changes, was it so wrong before

I guess the whole world has gone 'Politically correct and Health and Safety'

It'll be blinky next

I'll be watching the Isle Of Man TT races

The chicane was added due to the high top speeds that was expected this year , 3 years ago Hara was hitting 120kph and blowing tyres ,

The border , see you at the Warm up michel ;-)

It's an option on our track, we can restore the track easily to the original layout...

Not sure you'll get much overtaking done in the chicane, as there doesn't look to be much space. I'm not entirely sold!! but I guess we'll know more next week - as we drift round!

the actual chicane that will be used during the worlds is a little more different from this one (so im told by the track manager), but for now it works fine in my opinion. Same thing for not using tyre additives, from what ive seen so far its fine, even without warming the tyres it took a certain tamiya factory driver less then a round or 2-3 to go all out.
