Looks cool but $50 seems a little steep

its not compact and rpm makes a neat little one for 8.99 thats the size of a cigarette pack that holds 15 pinions so not an attractive product for me thats for sure

I made my pinion caddy out of a 1/4" piece of Kydex that is 5" x 8"

Sized and marked where I wanted all my pinions to be size wise, drilled the holes and cut down some (I believe it was .100") rod (Piano Wire) into 1 inch lengths.

Forced the rods into the drilled holes in the kydex

This caddy lays FLAT in my tool drawer, and goes all the way to the back of the drawer - holds ALL my gears from a 35t to a 65t 64 pitch pinions, and they are stacked 2 gears high.

(I think the materials cost me 10 bux, and about an hour and a half to drill and cut.

So many haters on this thread. I think it looks great. If it were available a few weeks ago when I bought a different one I would have gotten this one instead.

I use some of his products and they are top notch! Pit boards are sweet too!
