Looks cool. Whats the specs on the switches you used? 120VAC? I decided to leave switches off my box because I didn't want to interfere with the power going from the PS to the charger as it would in going through a switch and possibly my bats to false peak and cause me to loose a race

Hey John the specs are 10A @125VAC, 6A @250VAC.
I have to check my wiring though 'cause my box isn't doing what I would like it to do.I want to be able to flip a toggle on and ONLY THAT CIRCUIT has power. Right now either switch can turn the whole box on or off
So I have to go back to the wiring diagram and figure out what I did wrong. There's a reason why electricians have the licenses they do - JB

Any of the yellow wires if it is a new ish PSU, but double up if possible to not cook a lead.

The thing is I actually found the 15 amp power supply at radioshack, and the guy at my lhs said anything over 15amps and under $100 is a deal. So I grabbed it without thinking. Just maikng sure if it will be dependable.

Yup,
You need to remove all those black jumpers from output to output. Infact it looks like you don't even need to flip a switch to turn it on, and if you do the switch should short the power supply( wired the way its wired in the pic). Also are those LED's? Are they 12 volt LED's cause otherwise they are gonna be fried too.

Hopefully my drawing makes sense.
