I had the v1.3 (last years model) if that`s anything to go by
this one will blow your mind
Andy (get your hair cut) has developed a true racing machine here
all you need is a SD doner car,

And you are not allowed to complain about the exchange rate
it`s forbidden
See the brits can design good racing cars

Yea but the cost of it, and the SD doner. I can get the Masami Worlds car....Sorry just the point is Maybe when prices drop or the Brits get smart and have an American company make the chassis for them then they can realy enjoy the profits of there labor.....I can not justify $340.00 + Shipping for just a chassis and some shocktowers. Will this chassis make me win?????
I think it is the most beautiful chassis I have seen to date.
I wish I had a few extra hundred USD to buy one.
If I did I probably wouldn't complain.
I would gladly test one of there versions for the mear cost of a chassis....
It looks great I hope it people take notice and start to imcorperate there theoligy about chassis design.
My $0.02

Yup that one came out like a steaming pile of something.
My intention was "It would be smarter for the Brits to make the chassis in the US do to the lower costs"
I did not intented to say that Brits are dumb.
Although I can be at times...

Shookie
No worry`s matey it`s good to have humor & laughter

Mind there are sum dumbo brits here, maybe we should ship them out

I think this car will be good i had a quick go with it it was nice to drive ,but i was poohing my pants in case i broke some of the prototype bits, but i didn`t

when the car sit`s at 5mm ride height & you look from the side the only thing that is taller then the wheels was the body post`s
The COG is so low , the wheels are the tallest part of the car

I mean you might think the RDX is low but compared to this it is not

I had last years version, was very impresive!

Anything that Andy East has developed and designed tends to be really good

Default ∆2005

Hello all,
Right oí, a quick intro first of all, Iím Andy East, the guy who designed the chassis that was in the rczone article detailed on the first post of this thread.

MR JOLLY:
If I remember rightly you made your 1st national A-Final last year with our old chassis?

You are right, where V1.3 was quite conservative, ∆2005 has been designed purely as a race car.

And yes, I do need a hair cut!

Mr. Shookie:
We are aware that the exchange rate does not look favourably on the USA customers. It is a real shame as we know how big the potential is for the chassis there, and the exchange rate is basically standing in the way of that, nothing we can do about it unfortunately, we just have to accept it.

With regard to the country of manufacture. I see your point and it is a valid one but we are not going to farm out the manufacturing of the chassis to a country that would offer cheaper prices, we have spent the last 15 months working very closely with the lads at Fibre-Lyte and we have built up a very solid working relationship with them, trust and quality are items that you cannot pay for, but with Fibre-Lyte we have both of these things buy the bucket load, for this reason we are going to stick by them.
Also as the final finishing and quality control is done by me and only me it would be highly impractical to have the chassis made in the USA, shipped to me in the UK and then shipped back across the pond to the USA again.

Q) Will this chassis make you win?
A) No, not by itself, the last little bit is up to you, but it will give you the best possible opportunity to do so.

Cheers guys
Andy

I have never seen one in person because of how hard they are to get in the states, but the pics blew me away.

I had a ganders at Mr Jolly's one over the christmas period, and I have to say it is a very impressive piece of kit, just loving the moulded tub

I can only imagine this new version will be an improvement

Regards
Ed
