Yes they do. I sure it's not something you want to hear but read the TRF101 thread on my reply to you on extending the useful life of these tires.

The kit comes with two different adapters. Did you try the other one?

Thanks.
Thin grease is for softer springs and thick grease for harder springs.

For carpet try pit shimizu 571 and 572.

edit: 574 provides more front end grip. 571 also picks up more gunk.

Yep, I tried both. No go, ordered one from TQ for Airtronics 23 tooth mid size.

Default WEIGHT

I have been running the V2 for a couple of months at various venues and have been having a hard time running with the top guys. Most of the cars competing are running F103 size tyres but last night I added 200 grams to the car which brought the weight up to 1280g and was able to run with the front runners at last. The extra weight allowed me to attack the track harder.
I was wondering if other people have experienced this. When you look at the various set ups that are available there is no weight of car shown.

Hey all, with the TRF 101 out now I had a look at it and was wondering what would be needed to turn my v2 into a 101. Can anyone write out the Tamiya part numbers?

Just the front end? Because the chassis, rear pods and motor mounts are all different.

Practically very little is carried over from V2 to 101. (lower arms, side links, diff, etc.)

It will be cheaper to buy a 101 and sell the v2

Fasred will work I'd add in some of the flourescent racing red also. Just a few drops

TamiyaUSA put all their manuals as links on each individual product page.

Tamiya Japan uploads them all to a single page, but the English page is never as up to date as the Japanese one.
