I just wish they would make a tool to make the brush/spring removal easier. Then I would switch to this motor over the C2 or standard Dyansty

Have one, tried for three weeks, kept getting killed by the Reedy 19T. I put harder springs on it and geard it to the moon and it was still slow. I bought a Reedy and I am much faster. I will keep working with it, but I'm not too impressed yet.

What springs and brushes did you use?
How long did you break-in the new brushes?

I use Xtra Hard brush-springs and Edge Enduro brushes. This combination is awesome, but i will try out different spring/brush combos soon. My car is faster than most, even with crappy batteries.

This would be the only way we could see what we would have to gear up from our regular 19s on the tracks we run.

OK!
I have been running at certain tracks a 5.20 FD. Mind you that is outdoors with rubber tires with a 130 ft straight away and a slightly technical track. Start off with a 5.60 and gear as needed. You have to gear it the same as a reedy 19t. They like to be geared to the moon. Motor has more mid range punch and higher top end then the reedy.

So this seems to be the new hot ticket, Is there anything you can do to tune out every last bit of power in a V2?
