Now I know im gonna have to do some mods to get it to fit so what should I need to prep for when swapping to this gear set?

This can be easily answered in the TT-01 forum... http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...forum-138.html I actually decided to MAKE a gear adaptor and made it work. You can go several pages back and people talk about the gear swap.
