I had the same problem with my qc2 and Team Associated replaced it free of charge. I am sure that they will take good care of you too.

Its totally possible that you got a defective one, it happens. ASC will give you some help.

I wired both of my Q's, a Q1, and a Q2 in backwords, different occasions and sent them back to ASC. They replaced them both for free both times. (rushing on race day)

Just send them a nice letter, dont be irate about it, and they will take care of you.

The only times I have seen them blow is when they get wired in backwords.

I have only seen my two and 3 others ever need to be sent back to asc of all the ones that I have sold through our shop.

well jphracer, now you can say not only did I see them blow when they were wired backwards but I also read on a thread that they blow straight out the box when it was wired correctly.

yes i had one do the same thing im going to send it off
i hooked the negative last the motor started running about three seconds later i hope they cover this wasnt my fault
