Is the Sportsman classes at the Snowbirds setup mainly for non factory racers?

If you run mod you can only run expert 19t. If you run stock you have your choice of sportsman or expert. The problem is there are sponsored drivers that run stock. So it is really up to them if they want to run expert or sportsman 19t. Makes the most sense to say if you run mod you run expert and if you run stock you run sportsman. Though I think one they should all run in the same 19t class as part of the fun is getting to run with the big guys like at the Novak race.

Are anyone going to post pictures off 1/12 scale cars ?

Thanks

Alf :-)

Yes you do have a choice when you run stock to either run sportsman or expert 19t. I chose to run expert 19t because I ran sportsman last year.

Default On road track layout

I saw some say that they didn't think the onroad course was technical enough, yet many good drivers found themselves outside of the A. Did it end up being harder then it appeared? Comments?

why do you have to check your pistols in like that? do you have to do it like right before a race or how does that work? what if you need to make adjustment or something

I was very surprised at the lack of rough driving penalties of any kind. Single As and no black flags makes for some ugly/exciting racing.

kh15 - up until this year it was required that you bring your radio to impound while you weren't racing so that you couldn't turn it on during a race. They stopped this year, and from what I understand there weren't any problems.
