Default Battery Matching

I'm spending so much on batts so I am looking into doing my own matching w/ a Turbo Matcher by Competition Electronics. Could anyone give me the PROs and CONs of this?

He's right.....very expensive........well over a thousand dollars for a good matcher and Just an "ok" initial cell zapper.....not to mention the thousands of cells you'd have to purchase and go thru to find ones with good numbers.........

IMO....There's not really any pro's to it , unless your going into buisness with it....this is why "reputable" matching companys stay in business.......the cons, (other than cash), is the time consuming re-search that takes place to come up with zapping and matching methods that work well.......and like I mentioned earlier, the high numbers of bulk cells it takes to find the really good ones
