THEY ARE TIGHT and it is hard to hold the Shaft While Threading They are So Tight!!!
Team Tamale has a set of Jaws and vice-grip combo to make building the XRay and any other shock for that matter a lot easier without marring the shock shaft or put a stress riser on the threads with sidecuts. Pics are on their website.

I had planned on it the weekend of the TWOH's race-but everyone skipped town and went south. Can you guys make the Grand Finale Race April 8-10th?

This is one of those questions that has been asked and answered multiple times...

No, you can not use a one way from a FK04 on a FK05, it'll be backwards.

I just Recently purchased a Xray T1FK 2005 touring car. This is my first Xray. I plan to run stock with this car with the 84 spur what pinion should I use for a Trinity monster horespower stock motor? I currently run on a medium sized asphalt track with rubber tires any help would be greatly appreciated.

The cheapest that I've seen them for is $380

Does anyone know of any other places that's cheaper?

Everything on the car is perfect except the shocks...
I found that the plate that goes inside the body (the one with the holes) has a slope...
I dont understand why Xray doesnt have optional teflon plates..that will be fitted without any slop...
Of course i agree that they are very light but the car doesnt have a problem with weight...

The total lenght of the shock is 93-94 mm.. Do you know any other brand of shocks that can reach this length???
What plate that goes inside the body? Almost every piece on the car has holes, haha.

The shocks are nowhere near 93-94mm long, you may want to measure them again

The Cheapest is about $369.00.
However, you have to ask for that price because the cheapest they are allowed to advertise for is $396.00
