how could that possibly be bad news to anyone running Xrays, I can understand being upset if you like another brand of car tho........its not like the 05 is a bad car and you have to buy an 06 as soon as it hits the market, but knowing its out there when you get ready can only be a good thing....

I don't think I will have the chance to run the 05 (family issue).........but I hope someone is lucky enough to run her instead.......about 06...there is ALWAYS a newer car, but is the newer one the faster one, that is always a 1,000,000 dollars question..........newer is better because it sells better.

get use to it, i feel manufactures will produce a new model every 12-18 months in an attempt to capilize on market share. i don't blame them they are in business to make money and we as customers will pay to have the latest model. the only thing that bugs me is that all the parts do not fit the next chassis.. this will become a problem in the states and canada over the next year or two, dealers will not stock the parts needed for each kit. its to much of an investment to stock parts for all kits. xray builds one of the most beautiful kits i have ever had, craftsmanship and attention to detail put it up at the top. but parts pricing is out of hand. i know the costs are high because of shipping and where they are made. for this reason i cant see why 95% of previous parts should not fit the new kits. don't turn you back on the old chassis xray. they helped get you to where you are today.

they did that with the 05 and you still heard all this same whinning, and since it came out, you hear, make the spur gear easier to change, make it easier to service the diffs, lower the top deck, and several other things.....now from the reports, this is exactly what they did, and already the whinning starts again, no ones gonna force any one to buy the new car, once you see it, its gonna be up to you if you want one. Im glad they do the things it takes to try and stay on top, and cant wait to see the new car released

Buy a hotbodies, you'll get the best car on the market right now, not a hidden car during races, a lot of set up and very cheap after market parts ;-)))))
