you are correct, but at a glance, the roll center of the fk05 kit does not look like it has changed because the suspension piece have not changed from the fk. So if the top deck is moved up and the bulkhead are now talker in the fron, but a little shorter in the back, most likely the CG also has not moved much, so where is the advantage of the FK05 design from the FK?

I would think its in the weight mass being closer to the center line, and spred more evenly along the total length.....

ur rite. tamiya is releasing new kits but ders a weaker part of it.. maybe they want as to buy some parts. 4 upgrade unlike fk out frm the box no problemo..durability likewise.

my be it just me and i dont want to offend any one but i'm getting a little pissed off with XRAY!!! The car itself is flawless and proformes like it is on railes, but getting parts is killing me, and I work in a hobby shop. And now there comming out with a new car!!!???!!! I can under stand the fact that they are try to stay on top and perfecting or making better a really good car. But i really think they should finish 1 job befor the start another . Such as PARTS PARTS PARTS!!!!! I dont know if it is r/c America or xray, The bottom line is tc4 is really looking nice to me Sorry guess i'm just venting

I would guess that 85% of the parts from the FK will fit the FK05. The suspension looks identical.

I know its very, very early in the week....but for a new car, after the first practice, the fk05 seems to be easy to work with.......
