There are very few parts for X-ray cars we don't stock or have not been able to get from R.C. America. They have done an excellent job supporting this car. The only problem we have is X-ray/Hudy putting cool new stuff on their web site before they have the stuff in the pipeline and it offen takes 30 days or more before we see new items. In general, the stuff that keep these cars on the track has not been a problem.

Those Serpent shocks look intruiging. I am going to pick up an FK05 fairly soon, and was planning on putting Tamiya shocks on it, but if something was avaiable that was a more direct fit I would be inclined to go in that direction. Serpent's new design looks like it might be just the ticket.

Josh

Have you checked the price of those shocks? they are 50.00 a pair, so a full set is 100.00 that's WAY over the top in price for a set of shocks. I am going to pick up the Tamiya shocks myself.

Guys,
If you go by gp's instructions on the shocks, the xray shocks are the best no doubt. They are adjustable without having to take them a part. Who else can adjust a Tamiya shock without taking it a part. Quit crying about how they leak. The fact is that they dont leak if you build them correctly and maintain them just like you would have to with every other shock. Save the $100 and put it towards tires, batts, and motors.....everything you need to practice with cause it isn't the shocks that are holding you back.

It doesnt look like its adjustable like the Xray shocks, so I'd rather invest on the Xray alloy bodies.

Just the little things, bumper braces, blades etc. It just seems like every time I need to order some no one has them, so when I special order from my hobby shop (Rain City) She can't get them either. RCAmerica does not return my inquries to them regarding eta's for parts.BTW does anyone know if Xray or anyone else makes a nice CF upper bumper plate? I always crack mine, lol here I am bitching about the little things, not A-arms, one ways.... I guess we Xray owners are a little spoiled huh?

Is Xray making the alloy shock bodies again? I heard they discontinued those.

Default XRAY Parts

Try going to: www.dinball.com

They have the parts you're looking for. However they don't have the ones I am looking for:

Battery strap
2deg rear alum hubs

If anyone knows where I can get those, I would appreciate it.
