think it would be in your best interest to buy one of the BMI kits

the motor mount is adjustable to allow larger spurs
front and rear shock towers are redesigned for more tuneability
battey placement is moved in and more forward as with the servo location.
plus the upper deck has 4 stand offs like the upgraded one from xray so you can adjust flex

and as a added plus the bottom of the chassie is milled out for strapping tape if you tape in your packs

and if you dont like tape the kit comes with a cool battery strap !!

Marshal:

Hi,

Save your money for the stuff you really need. yeah the Bling stuff is cool. (and John D's Red car is really cool). but there's a chassis calling you and certain other parts too. get the important stuff first. Then the Bling.
(and yes Mini's 05 is Red also).
Tim S. still has the B.M.I. FK05 chassis. call him.................you need this.
and start going to Halo. better drivers to force you to drive better. again worth the drive.........we do it and we have 250 miles one way.
(screw the gas prices)

Howard:

Hi,

I agree. the B.M.I. FK05 chassis kit would be the way to go. I just put one on for my son's carpet car and love it. even though it was designed for you asphault guys.
with a few minor changes (mostly a thicker chassis and some minor tweaking) it's a great med to Hi bite chassis. well worth it.

and Howard...........thanks for the part number.

all hail to the power of H

Howard:

Hi,

Well..........you know at my age I need all the friends I can get soooo.

on a side note...... I got the B.M.I. FK05 hooked up really good on carpet...
now if I just could get my son a weekend off..........it might be in Vegas though as a backup for one of the B.M.I. drivers.

Thanks
