Guys,
my rear diff becomes "knotchy" during running, then goes back to normal, 5 - 10 mins. after the run. I did, initially, have to rebuild the diff with new diff rings, balls and a new thrust bearing, of course , then this started happening.

I just eyeballed it... I couldn't get the ends on as far as the manual suggested but I got it close. In the end I measured the shocks and got pairs matched up, so one pair may be half a mm longer than the other.

Run it loose for a pack, and then tighten it a bit, then run some more and tighten and so on.

I'm getting a fk05....
what spare parts do I need to have for 19T club racing? I've already got the axiom thrust bearings. I'll be racing on asphalt medium bite track. Thx.

The light blue springs seem to be working for me on asphalt.
If you want to go over protective, get a rubberneck bumper and maybe some Alum chubs.
Maybe the Spring steel outdrives, but those would be last for me, get the other stuff first.
*EDIT*
oops.Sorry, I though you meant upgrades not spare parts.

If you want to use the ackerman extension set be sure to stock some steering knuckles because they will break by almost every hit (the rubberneck front bumper helps a bit). One set of suspension arms is also a nice to have in your box but you have to hit hard to be able to break them. Maybe a pair of rear upright is also good to have because sometimes the screw of the upper link can damage them during a hard hit of the rear.
I would change the front alu axles to the steel ones they are expensive but it is a one time investment. The alu ones are just not hard enough.
The middle pulleys wear out after a while especially when you run low turn mod and the front drive shafts can be bent - but you can repair them.
You should have an extra set of belts also.
Mainly thats all.
