Tamiya shocks fluorine coated..
Any Tamiya or Xray spring will fit just fine.

A few pages back I posted a list of parts needed to mount TAMIYA shocks on Xray kits.

harris, I disassembled one of the diffs and I can confirm that mine has also the cheap looking thrust bearing in it

Are the cheap looking thrust bearings the ones with the metal cage? I so, both of my diffs have that one installed.
