Also, what type of track are you running on and what type of tires?

I have a slight issue. I decided to check the diffs since I have run my '05 a bunch of times and am starting to run hotter and faster motors. I wasn't too surprised to see bone dry diffs after reading some posts a few pages back. I was surprised to see only 11 diff balls in the front. I know I won't notice too much of a difference, but it's just my luck to be missing a little part like that. The car still works great though. Oh well.

one ball is nothing... from mine one bearing was missing, totally dry, and the thrust wasnt the original X-RAY one... the one that was delived with all the previous models and as spare part.

Actually on the topic of being one ball short of a full diff...
When i built my 04 around the first of the year, i lost a ball
trying to lube the diff, anyway, the diff is still money without being touched, and I have run the novak race, regional and national, and a BUNCH of club racing inbetween, so I wouldnt be worried about it. Although it is a good idea to lube the diff up, both diff lube for the balls and also black grease or the like for the thurst bearing, since its like they just put bearing oil in the diff to lube it at the factory...

Anyone have any suggestions?
Anyone have any experiences to share about ideas they have tried in the past? (successful or unsuccessful)
Thanks
