Default Unidentified very neat 1/12 scale car

Can anyone help me identify this old car? I picked it up a long time ago and never have figured out what it is or what it might be worth.

Thanks!! That will help me a lot -- perhaps a EBay sale or two will help my current battery charger situation.

You too could own one -- plus two (easily adaptable) car bodies.

What does $75/negotiable sound like? (Keep in mind this is going to help fix my broken charger . . . keep a guy racing!)
