Pretty fast and super fast. Seriously, I believe both of those are about 8-10 turn range. Pretty stout but usable. What are you planning to do with them?

Basically when running through the setup process, the ESC seems to hang at the point where the red is flashing. Like I said it doesn't seem to matter, I just abort and everything works OK, but its wierd.

I had a response from Joe at Castle Creations and he told me to check that my Transmitter is set to 50/50 instead of 70/30. Well I've looked at my transmitter manual, and there is no mention of this, so I'm not sure what that is all about.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

MIKE

i had the same problem...try resetting all the functions on it back to factory and adjust from there.

correction a 6.5 = 11 turn mod motor

ace thats a good question i know this past weekend all the touring guys were telling me that the FDR needed to be around 5.1 to 5.2 in touring car(which they were saying was much lower than a brushed motor)with the novak 10.5. In my TC5 i ran a 38/100 gearing and it was awesome and im pretty sure the FDR was 5.22. i have no idea where you would want to gear with the stock motor though.

Default 1/12 BL System

I am just bought my first 1/12. Our club runs 1/12 mod. I want to get a brushless system for it and would like to know which system is recommended. I was leaning toward the Novak GTB 4 cell 10.5 but wasn't sure if that will be fast enough for 1/12 mod.

Thanks
