Hey hey, let's get some activity in this thread. I've been wanting to give this newcomer a shot for a while, and I ended up getting a used one off eBay. Even though I didn't assemble it (obviously), the car seems very well put together, nice fit and finish, and the quality of the parts seems up to par with the Tamiya/Xrays. I like the Tamiya-knockoff dampers, but I've got the real deal so I'll be using those. Planning to run 19T foam on carpet, with 37/128 gearing.

Also really wish the previous owner wouldn't file out the rear battery post slots, because now I'm forced to use tape to strap on my batteries.

Will report back on how the car performs. I used to have almost all the current Tamiya cars excluding the 415, so I'd like to see how this boy stacks up.

the 2006 carpet nats was great. the car did all i needed it to do but as luck would have it i only made 1 of 4 qaulifiers and put myself in the "e" main 4th on the line. again bad start but great run for what i had. finished 55th out of 98 drivers and at least 30 of those are top pro's. that's about 50% in the feild. not bad for a new car on the market with no real proven setups. funny enough this was still the funnest race i have done in a while can't wait for speedworldraceway.com

www.2006roarnats.com at www.speedworlraceway.com get read people this is going to one of the fastest races this year. team max racing welcomes back our "air force" chris clemson back from overseas duty in 1 piece. however that is not to say anything mentally for him and we assume no responsibility for his rubbin and pushin' to the front as all max drivers do. durka durka mo fo you know what i mean

attention all F1 racers! if you are looking for a new F1 car airborne-models.com would like to hear about it. in other words they have something ready to go but want to hear your response towards demand. yes the car will have same high end features like it's cousin the mx-707r. carbon fiber, alloys, threaded shocks and fully adjustable front suspension. and again this car will be within everyone's price range. thanx for all the emails and keep them coming.
