Default Much-More Power Master 20A - HELP

Hi, I just recently purchased a Much-More Power Master 20A power supply from Hong Kong. When I used it the first time with my CS Space charger PRO, the charger cut-off after 5 min... I opened the power supply and found out that the cooling fan plug wasn't loose. Another try....... same results - This time the power supply made a squeaking/buzzing noise. I then tried without peak detection (only temperature cut-off) and this time the charger didn't stop, but after 10-15 min. the power supply again started this very annoying squeaking/buzzing noise. The noise stopped every time I paused the charger?!? I can't located the noise, but I think it's coming from one of the spools!? (I'm not that much into electronics).
Have any of you any idea why my power supply makes this noise?? Any suggestion on how to correct it??
Thanks in advance.
Michael

We have sold quite some Much More power supplies locally and not even one customer had any problem. I suggest you contact the hobby shop from where you bought it, since it is definitely not normal

A friend of mine has the same problem, no idea what is is though.
Sometimes the sound disappears for a while and than it is back again.

Have you tried using another charger? Just to be sure the problem is from the power supply

with buying it through hk i think the power master will be set for ~240v power input, could that be the issue with you being in eu?

Dhiracing.com: I've just purchased the new Team Orion Advantage charger, but I haven't received yet - hopefully I get it within 2 weeks , so 'no' I haven't tried it with another charger, however the sound is coming from the power supply.
Had I known that I could have purchase the power supply from you in Malta, I wouldn't have purchased it in HK

Vassago: Nice to know that it has been seen before. Is your friend's power supply working normally (except from the noise)??

Tones: I searched the forum for treads about the Much-More Power Master yesterday, so I've checked my power supply - it's operation on 220V as it should, but THX

Yes, the PSU is operating normally. It's just the noise
