I agree. Plug one into the bind/batt portion the receiver. Novak and spectrum both sell a cap writhe the leads and plug all ready to go. I don't remember the specs on the cap. I can check whence get home.

I have been running my 3100/1258 for about 2 months now. We went through all this about a month ago in the b4.1 forum & several folks did the test. none of the 3100's tested had any brown outs. what ESC are you running? that might be the source.

SR3000 is a DSM1 receiver & will have brown out issues.

I agree competely! The only reason not to run a cap is weight (which can be at a premium for on road depending on your chassis & other electronics) or space (which can be at an extreme premium depending on your chassis & other electronics). If you don't have an issue with either of those, putting in a cap (even if you don't need one) is a good, cheap piece of insurance for any radio/servo.

Not VTA news but as you all know Myron (Batman) Kinnard (Darkside on here) loves to help people on here and promote USVTA. Well it seems that Mr. Myron deserves to be recognized for more than just his RC goodwill.

Good job Myron for being a great example for everyone.

Thats awesome Myron. Good to here there are stories like this instead of the Black Friday crap and where you can get the best deals. You are a great person. Can't wait to come back next year and get beat by you on the track.

I also forwarded the link to everyone at AE to show what kind of person they have representing their company. They were all thrilled to hear of Myron doing this.

Thanks guys but I am not giving him a hug for any of you!

There are two kinds of people in this world. Myron is the kind that gives human beings a good name.

A VTA related question - what do you run for camber F-R? I can't get my chassis to not push in and be loose off if I run any sort of negative camber in the rear. I know the tire comes precambered, but what do you run?

Oh, and outdoor asphalt.
