I really like this idea of "small displacement " VTA with Mini chassis. Datsuns, Porsches, Toyotas?

Of course there is. It would be nice to cut down say 3/4 of the "touring car, spec motor" classes. *twitches*

Is this polll going to actually do something? It’s pretty clear from the start that everyone was not happy with the Protoform tires.

Nope. There’s not enuff people here for a poll to have any impact. There’s a years worth of posts. If something was going to change it probably would have by now. These aren’t new complaints.

Maybe if you join the USVTA and pay the $15 annual member fee instead just a hand full of racer, then maybe your voice would be heard about this subject. Other than that what do you expect?

typo, “handful of racers”I believe is what was meant. Referring to becoming a actual member of USVTA. Instead of just being a voice on a forum. Most that race are not members.

Default It’s not the tires

Paying $15 to join any club in hopes your voice is heard sounds pretty Jim Jonesish.

It’ not the tire manufacturer, it’s not the chassis manufacturer, it is the way you build, prep and setup what you have then driving and staying clean.

Fun should be key, complaining seems to be what this forum has turned in to like Hobbytalk.
