HEY DARKSIDE

I got a question about the '70 boss spoiler...I see that we can use the one that came with the body...but I have that body and it came with 2 diifferent spoilers. I am using the one that looks more like what would be on the real cara but what about the other one...it looks more like a big touring car one... is that one allowed? It would look stupid anyways but just wondering

thanks

All of the HPI VTA bodies come with a big touring car wing spoiler which is strictly not allowed in USVTA. The HPI 17546 '70 Boss Mustang is the only body that comes with a scale wing that is much smaller than the touring car wing. USVTA rules allow the Boss Mustang to run with a scale wing but no touring car wings.

I dont have an issue with you Chris, or Scott..but guys, you are really out of line...take it from me, you really need to look at things from another view

Love you guys, but quit bashing the class I love more

Myron..

ps Chris...mental note below
Myron,

Please be careful on the "you and others" stuff please. There are plenty of opinionated things said on both sides. While I have plenty of history posting about VTA, I have never attacked another person or the class. I have had my share of questions...most of which have gotten myself attacked. Chuck Norris and learn to drive are still quoted today...

...

If you want to know why USGT died, please PM me and I will explain it. It has nothing to do with you beating anyone.

I personally think the USVTA rules need further clarification, but not my rules. I wish the exceptions were documented, but again, not my rules. I have always run legal to the letter and the spirit. Unlike those that brag about it, I do not win or dominate with a fully USVTA legal car. It is also not due to the rules or the car, but mostly my own lack of skill.

Either way, enjoy...

How many of you are running the Club Kit from Novak with the ss non-adjustable motor? Likes/dislikes? Should I have held out for the edge kit with the ballistic?
