The driver from the Wild Willy is HUGE!! I tried to use one in my Axial EXO offroad buggy, way too big.

I guess I didnt realize the scale of things. Maybe a good resin modeler could scale it down, or make a clay one with the Willys crazy face on it and then cast that one to resin. I dont know.

Did you cut the aluminum yourself? It looks clean, but heavy. I would have gone with Exotek on that but still it looks nice.

Have you guys seen this video of VTA racing filmed from inside the car?
http://youtu.be/xMx57E80Vx8

Lot's of "fender benders" in that video. If that doesn't charge you up about VTA racing, then you need to check your pulse.

And that was on a "light" day of VTA racing. You should see it when we get 12 to 15 VTA cars on the track at the same time.

In another one of my "in-car" videos I took a freeze frame shot that, not only had 2 VTA cars directly in front of me, but the entire driver's stand in the background as well.

I am getting into CVTA this season and would like some set up help.
I will be getting a TC6.1 FT with a 68 Camaro body, Tekin RS, 21.5T motor and a Savox SC-1251MG servo. I will be running on a medium-high bite carpet.
What should my FDR be? The club I race at has no FDR restrictions.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good starting point for set up? A set up sheet with the set up information you suggest would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
