Quick question: if the BSR tires have the same rim and foam as Jacos, how are they different?

How is the foam different? I heard he purchases all of his sheets directly from Jaco.

Speedo,

BSR's also has thier durometer readings very well matched. This basically means that your fronts will be the exactly the same shore as your rears or very, very close (+/- 2 shore point MAX, usually 1). Along with what Monti said, they are gauranteed not to come off at the seams.

Default 1/12 Scale Racing

I run John's BSR tires in 1/12 scale, both stock and modified. I have been doing very well with them and recommend them to all 1/12 scale drivers.

Thanks for the questions guys! I hope by reading this forum people will see BSR as a strong alternative in racing tires made buy a company right he here in the United States!

1 more expectation about the foam, many local 12th er here used jaco and found that the foam surface are quite unbalance after few runs. It seems they did not mount the donuts to the rims in good shape.

However, I think BSR have much better quality on that.

Hey guys, be careful about the claims you make. If our shit was so bad we wouldn't be winning all the races. Think about it.

Jack, I do not intended to claim that your tires are bad at all. I feel that you have a great tire on the market and race results have proven that. I just want to provide any information about BSR tires that I can with hopes of people seeing that there is a choice. The chocie being that the two leading producers in foam tries make and build their tire here in the United States and not have them pre made and shipped here from over seas.

I'll stick with T.M. tires and wheels.

Oh, for those of you who don't know, if you're looking to get some BSR Touring or 1/12th scale tires, Team 1 RC stocks them at very good prices. Go to www.team1rc.com
