So it was designed to turn better than a Stratus, but still feel planted (i.e. like the awesome Bentley Speed 8 body that crushed everyone with last year).

That's an MG? Wow, a long way from the old TC's and F series. . .or As and Bs. . .

To see the monstrosity that is the MG ZS go here .

The touring car is based on the MG ZS, which in turn is based on the Rover 45, which in turn is based on the 6th generation honda civic (maybe even the 5th generation).

I use to watch the BTCC when the Speed Channel use to air the races. Back when Nissan, Honda, Ford and Renulat were big players. After the rule changes in 2000 Nissan pulled out and Speed Channel stop airing the races in the States. I just order the Mg body from my lhs, should get it Friday. I also made a picture from a Btcc web site of an MG Zs my desktop wallpaper

Ian - you're right, the 45 did develop from the 400 - but the 400 is an old civic (we're on the 7th generation now)

Ok... I had a good test run yesterday with the new Protoform Stratus2 shell Vs the old and I have found the shell understeers alot... I mean alot... especially wit Sorex28R, it wont even initiate the turn...!!!, to the point I am in despair!!!!

I change to Take Off SSA (the tyres I win with) and I got a bit more steering but mid corner it is still crap. I know I can mod my car to get it all back but it is probably easier to mod the shell!!! or bin it!!!

I use to scream into and out of my local sweeper and now with Stratus 2I have ot back off to kick the rear out!!! Whats with the shell. help?!? I also have to brake into the hairpin where I used to give it a little flick!!!

The only thing I noticed is that the rear wing of the stratus 2 has different cut lines to allow you chop some of hte middle section off and two holes on either end of the wong to reduce down force... think I should try that? The orig Stratus wing is almos the same but without these chopping guide lines!!!

Boy this is disappointing!!!!

The one with Tennis babes, thats a good one

Actually, I like the look of the Stratus One. Problem is, it's getting a little boring always to paint and look at the same body

At least you dont have to guess where to drill the mounting holes!!!

Guess what? I have just bought another stratus shell but this time a Hot Bodies one and see if it is better....
