Default Need ON-Road educationing! lol

Getting in to on-road racing starting at 17.5 class need to get a better understanding on tires and running them on asphalt:

Car: TC6 LRP SSX Savox 1251

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend Sorex 28's, 32's and 36's. That should cover your typical temp ranges.

I love these tires and use them solely. Consistent grip throughout the run and great tire wear. I find these tires will also mask a less than perfect chassis setup.

Incidentally, these work great on carpet too.

As an added point, as you say you're just starting, I would try to find a premounted tire, as this just takes one more variable out of the equation.
