I have been runnign these cells(un-matched) as race packs for my 1/12 TC for some time now and found the performace is supricing. You think you will loose punch, well not as much as you think. I ran a nice GP 3300 (matched) pack and then ran my Intellect 3600 pack and found the Intellect cells have as much punch and best of all forever run times even being un-matched. I am now runnig tests on some six cell packs and I am finding the results staggering. I found I am not only .1 second faster but that I am lasting up to almost 8 min. real run time. I will have to get some matched soon. If you want unmatched go the rcstation.com and look for them there. I was going to get some off ebay but insted just email them and made a deal $90.00 for 20 cells ($4.50 per cell) unmatched shipped to my door. Now they aren't matcehd but they make some great setup/practice packs. Well worth the money. oh so you now I made two six cell and two four cell packs with the 20 cells.
Hope this helps solidify Danny and Josh's opinion of these cells. I hope to get some from them soon.
Take Care All & GOD Bless

I contacted the owner through email question on ebay.
Go to the link and ask seller a question and say you would like to buy cells from him and work some deal. He was very easy to deal with I gave him an offer and he kindly told me that to include shipping that $4.50 a cell was as cheep as he would go. SO I say go ahead and ask him for a deal.

Hope this helps.

I've been to his site

He basically charged you shipping $0.10 per cell since the normal price on his site is $4.40!

I'll speak with my buddies and try to order more in order get evern better price!

Thank's for the info!

I am going to have to find somewhere other than my LHS to order a set to try soon. Was in a few weeks ago (never bought batteries from there, either ordered when other racers had a group deal going, or bought used packs from other guys).

I was going in to buy a pack if they had any good numbers in....

6 SMC 3000s with 1.14 voltage numbers for $87.99

The only affordable packs they carry at all are B&T packs that are matched at 20A and they still run in the $70s for 1.16s.

New92: If your looking for some of our packs you can try the Stormer Hobbies or Towers they both carry our packs. I expect them to have the IB3600 packs in 15 days or so.

We use 30-50mv for peak detect. On a 4 cell pack we will use 30 and a 6 cell 50. If the weather is cold we will bump it up by 20mv.

We will have IB packs for sale at the Snowbirds.

Hi Danny/SMC,

I'm very interested in carrying these packs on our site (along with your other products) We spoke briefly at the ROAR nats a couple years back about carrying your product, but I guess we lost communication after that. I'll send you an email today to see if you're interested in selling your product to us

Thank you

Steve Wang

The weight is very similar to the GP3300s. Within 1 gram. Some are a bit heavier and some are the same.

On our equipment we will not see those kind of numbers but then again we don't overcharge our cells to get them to have maximum capacity and voltage.
