Especially when you concider that the guys on this board can see a scratch on a prototype chassis' bulkheads though the body in a spyshot taken from a satelite orbiting around Mars.

1.120V is really killer...
That certainly is some foolish mistake since there's no such crappy cell.

We currently went through our first shipment of cells at LRP and results are very good. Runtime 470 to 490s and voltage of 1.19-1.21V (GP3300's are like 450s 1.19V here).
Remember we have different numbers then others and they might appear high to you, they're more comparable with Orion's or Reedy's way to number cells.

The very good thing about the VTEC cell is it's superlow internal resistance which unfortunately doesn't come across on the matcher, but the "snap" on the track is extremely good!

@harris: you're welcome. cells will be sent to distributers tomorrow already, so not too long until you can try yourself.

@hugh janus: I agree, first cell which doesn't have a toy look in my opinion.

also the vtec cells are going to be very competitive in price. in germany it's going to retail more then 20% below a GP3300!

This is kinda dumb, but you never know, any chance Honda might get a little snippy with the name? I also agree, the cells do look great!

just go to ebay.co.uk and search for Vtec LRP, you can buy it now for about 66 US and have it shipped to where you live.

As batteries capacities increase.....the physical cell size has to increase as well....how much bigger are these cells going to be?...and is the increased size and weight going to pose a problem?
