Default What is the Best RC Magazine

I was thinking of subscribing to a RC mag just to keep up to date and they are fun to have around.

But its hard to find one that I like so I thought I would ask everyone which mag they think has the best articles and knows what they are talking about. I know certain car tuner mags have the dumbest people writing articles, but since i am new to RC the last thing I need is a Mag with bad advice.

thanks

My two favorites are RC Driver (www.rcdriver.com) and Xtreme RC cars (www.rc411.com). They have good articles, not littered with ads (unlike other mags) and great how-to's and race coverages. This is my opinion, and they also come out every month.

R/C Car.....For racers by racers...Editor is Frank Masi who also races RC cars and knows his stuff and his staff of writers and testers are long time RC'rs that know what is what. Plus they are pretty good racers as well so they know they are talking about...
Driver is probably another must have mag....Great articles and reveiws.
Both don't have as many ads and they don't need half naked girls to sell there mags either.
Just my point of view,

Think twice before subscribing RC Driver, I heard they are out of money and can be closing anytime now. Get XRC, can't go wrong.

I would go with R/C Driver. Never really read Xtreme or R/C Car. Car action use to be alot better magazine. I have old copies that I keep around for various reading.

I dont like RC Driver that much because i hate seeing boats are what ever else they put in there. Those other RC hobbies have their own mags..XRC is my favorite but I do look at the million Ads in Car Action
