If you like to keep up with the Joneses, you'll have to bear the costs. Then you shouldnt have to complain.

Otherwise, spend within your budget and work on "free hopups" like driving skill, setup and track time.

I dont believe club level racing is an unsurmountable task on a budget unless you're racing at national or regional level. Even then, there's no reason to spend more than you need unless you're sure it will give you a shot at winning.

A lot of time, people (including me) just buy the most expensive equipments or batteries available because "so and so" also use them. But does it help with driving by having the best of everything, the answer is NO!!!

If one did not spend time to work with driving skills, understanding setup, and etc... All these things are useless....
