Default Servo drop at full power....

I converted my kids TA-04 to brushless/Lipos. Traxxas Venelion VXL-3s esc, Traxxas-3500 B/L motor, Gens ace 2s 4000mAh 25c pack, Fly-Sky GT3B w/FSGR3C rx.
At full power we loose steering as if the voltage is low from the BEC. It will not react until you get off the gas a little. It is supposed to put-out 6v/2.5 amps. I thought ok the servos bad, changed it. No difference. Do I need a external BEC?? I would not think I would but.....I'm lost..Any suggestions appreciated.

I know..... go buy some real electronics, but this stuff works well in the SCT's.

What servo are you running? You might try a glitch buster and see if that helps. Some servos are very power hungry.

Traxxas 2075 now. It did have a JR Standard-Race before I swapped it. I changed the rx also ,same thing. No steering bind either, nice and free.

Plug a cap into one of the free ports in your receiver.
