Keep in mind that Francis and Hodge are used to running foam in the US, pretty much everywhere else is primarily rubber on carpet, which is a totally different deal. For the US guys, the last time rubber tire mod was run on the carpet in the US, that I'm aware of, was at the 2001 Novak race. Long, long ago!

I just remember there being a big stink because the host track wanted to run rubber tires instead of foam which were just legalized for TC's, the race turned out to be really good.

Its ugly!!! Just went and looked at the main listings......TQ of the G!!! I guess when you only finish one qualifier, that's where you belong.

There is good news. In the final qualifier I got my car down to some very good lap times, 13.16 was my fastest. Well off Hara or Rheinard, but very competitive in comparison to the rest of the field. Hopefully I can expand on that in my tiple G mains today! MF

Thanks guys. Its been a stuggle and honestly I am very disapointed in the results. I had some crappy runs. Freak things happened, broken crystal, tire ungluing, etc. Things that you don't expect to have happen to you. But, you know, next time! I am testing today in the mains for our next visit/race over here. I can't go out like a chump! MF

A tire unglued!!? Damn that would suck. I'm sure next year will be a totally different story. I can't wait to get my hands on the new Losi car. It'll be my first TC. Will you be able to post some pics of you car?

Well if you guys would have flown me out there none of the tires would have come unglued. You'll get 'em next year.
