Say money wasn't an issue. what would be the best motor and esc to drop on a tt-01 to make it go as fast as possible?

I would say 10.5Turn brushless with no esc timing, any more and you will strip diff cogs and break drive shafts and strip spur gears too often

Its a low grade car.

If money is not an option get a higher end Touring car that car handle some real power.

Like a Team Associated TC5 or TC6 or TC6.1 . there are heaps of others but Team Associated's are cheap to buy and cheap for parts. try Tower hobbies for parts, but look around for the car if on a budget.

Odd question. Fast as possible would be a 3.5 turn motor. You will also need a broom and dust pan.

If money was not an issue..... buy a new car. All but the cheapest ESC/motor is going to cost 2x more than the car is worth.
