Default Looking to buy TC3 or TC4?

I can get a TC3 electric for around $100-120 or a TC4 for 150-200.

My main worry, do they still sell all the parts for the electric TC3? If so where?

I currently have all nitro, rc10gt, Ofna Violator, and Traxxas 4tec.

I'm looking for a nice little onroad electric to use in the open studio at my work. If I plan to keep the car fairly stock and make up a "fake" track on the floor would it be worth getting the TC4?

If they are both stock are they about the same "speed wise"?

Any input would be helpful.

Thank you,
