Yeah I agree. Maybe Radio Shack RTR is a good choice. Keep saving money until you got money for the real deal. Seriously!

The only new RTRs in that price range are the Losi micros but they may or may not be brushless.

LRP Blast Tc , but again, not brushless, about the only thing close to that price in a brushless would be HSP Windhobby.

Seriously, $110 is not gonna get you much even used with what you are looking for let alone new. At that price range you are looking at toys, not RC quality cars. You said rainy days twice. Are you planning on running it indoors at your house? Electronics will not do well in the rain if you plan on running it outside. Save your money and shoot for something a little higher end. Check the classified section of the forum and see what is for sale there.

Speed Passion has an Brushless on-road RTR that sells in the price range of about $110. You will still need batteries and a charger, but this is the least expensive car out there.

Default 1/18th

You will find brand name decent quality $100 1/18 th scale RTRs frequently.
I bought a Losi mini sprint from A-main new in a box last week for $99.

On E-bay you can find almost any brand or style (TC,MT,SCT) RTR 1/18th scale in that price range.
They are not that hard to work on parts and batteries are cheaper, require less space to run in also.
