Default X-ray T1 Fk Pics Wanted

Can those of you with this car post some pics, as I am considering this car. (I can't believe I am willing to try something other than losi) I was looking at how one would mount the electronics and such. Especially if I opt for the thicker chassis vs. the chassis that comes in the kit. Thanks for any pics in advance.

Here's a pic of my old FK, this will give you an idea of where you can mount your stuff. Once you get your hands on one of those Xrays, you'll be asking yourself why you didn't do it earlier. If you would like, I can send you a pic of my new one which has a thick chassis (not a stock xray thick chassis, but something similar).

Dave, I too switched from the Losi camp (still love there stuff, but wanted something different). Building the Xray is a joy in itself. It goes together like a laser cut jigsaw puzzle. The Losi took me about 2 seasons to get it to handle because I was surrounded by TC3s where I used to race. This car, however, was amazing in stock setup. Now, with the help of Josh and a bunch of local Xrayers, I have it completely on rails for my style of driving.

KID, I think today is the day that I breakdown and go the way of the X RAY. What kind of changes did you make from your XXXS, as far as any driving styles or anything else when you made the switch? Thanks for any information.

rmargiotta, yes any pics are greatly appreciated. Could you just post them here? Thanks.

I made the switch from Tamiya to X-Ray and haven't looked back. My FT is an awesome car ... durable, light, fast, and most of all, very tuner friendly.

I'll post a couple pics of my car a little later this afternoon.

Actually that was an EVO2 that I sold for an FK. See below with the aqua BMI chassis.
