Type R Gear Diff Help Please

Hi Guys

What should I do if the gear feels real grindy after I build it? I basically just changed the shim either side from .1 to .25.

I heard some use toothpaste inside to get a smooth diff action. Just fill it and assemble it and connect one side to a drill and let rip :sweat:
