150 degrees F is an ok temp to end a run at.
Generally your gearing is dictated by the track layout, keeping good punch in the infield and good straight speed.

so may i know that what is the best ratio for revolution motor i purchased a lot of v2 based motor because of i not sure how the motor work with the ratio and and scare will cause it overheat i have hara edition 10t,11t,12t. steenari edition 11t surikarn edition 10t. touring 6t. modified 7t. vantage touring9t. vantage modified8t and fantom motor vortex 10x1,10x2, 12x1,10x4. 1/12 scale edition 9x3 oval7x1 may i know that does it will have any different with each gearing? becuase i read the in forum these few edition have different amature wed if get wrog gear ratio will over heated so can u give some advise? thanks

thats a bunch of motors to jump into!
For help here we need to know your what your car is and the track conditons there like big/small asphalt/carpet etc.
Then for those conditions a good baseline gear ratio can be figured out; or you can crib it from factory setups sheets, or best would be to ask what your local fast guys are running.

i was running HPI Pro 4 and Hara Hammer 12 i have run in two track one is big and high speed almost like the ifmar 2004 EP in florida track size. the second is midium technical track but have a long straight all are asphalt road becuase in here they normally will choose reedy and yokomo motor to run only me run orin v2 based motor that y i posting in forum
