I know Dumas has a prototype chasis but yes it does run split cells 3 towards the front on the left and 3 to the rear right.

Thats Kevin Kanes Car, not Pauls, it has a prp chassis as well as the test dogbones from schumacher(i think). Kevin Kane is sponsered by TM tires as well as Hurricane which would explain the sticker and the tires.
