Team powers vs Lrp motor ??

I need a new 13.5 motor for ashphault
In Australia the brands you can get are farely limited so I'm tossing up between a lrp x12 stock spec 13.5 or a team powers plutonium 13.5

This is the team powers motor http://www.rabhobbies.com.au/estore/...oducts_id/7675

The upside with that one is it is about 50 dollars cheaper than the Lrp ...
So which one would you recommend or have used ? I'm willing to spend the 120 or 130 for the lrp but yeah

I bought a 4.5 TP motor and was very fast and worked fine for 12th. Never ran hot and nice overall power band...

Seemed to like a higher gearing

Lrp have a new stock motor due out very soon, If you want max performance reliability and quality then LRP all the way.

I have both team powers and Lrp in 4.5, 5.5t. Lap times for me both brands the same, but motor behave differently.

Team powers compare to Lrp feel less torque but higher rev, and also less drag brake feel.

Both brands are low maintenance for me but for Lrp need to be careful on the bearings.

If you are using Lrp speedy, Iwould suggest to get Lrp motor, but with hobbywing, speedpassion, tekin, or team powers speedy, get team powers motor.
